All physical products offered through Iyanda El Designs proudly feature the authentic and original artwork of Tania Goma of TG ARTS, including both handmade creations and products fulfilled through trusted production partners such as Printify and affiliated providers.
As many items are made to order, individually created, or carefully prepared by hand, returns and exchanges are not supported for incorrect size selection, colour choice, or change-of-mind purchases.
In the event of a damaged product, manufacturing fault, or incorrect order, replacement or refund support may be available upon review of the issue and supporting photographs, provided contact is made within 30 days of delivery..

Print-on-Demand & Fulfilled Products
Items fulfilled through our Printify production partners are made to order and may require additional production time before shipping. International orders can take up to 30 business days depending on location, customs, and seasonal demand.
Handmade & Original Items
Handmade products, original artwork, and custom pieces may require additional preparation time depending on the nature of the item. Estimated processing times will be provided where applicable.
